Coach Clare Neal

Clare is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer who has worked in the fitness industry for over thirty years motivating busy people to make exercise a part of their daily lives. With a spouse who had a military career and a family of four children, Clare found that exercise is the perfect way to manage the stress of moving households frequently, meeting the needs of a large family, and dealing with military deployments.

Clare began her career as a group fitness instructor, inspired by the energy of her students and the love of moving to music. She soon found herself helping individuals one on one and began personal training as well. While she teaches and trains people of all ages, Clare has a particular interest in helping folks over 50 maintain the joy of movement with programs designed to enhance functional fitness. Her latest education includes a certification as a Functional Aging Specialist through the Functional Aging Institute(FAI).

When Clare is not teaching or training, she enjoys keeping herself fit with biking, swimming, running, yoga, and weightlifting. She also enjoys cooking and traveling – particularly to see her two new grandsons!

Coach Stacey

Coach Stacey

Coach Stacey Mann

Inspired by her youngest son’s journey with Leukemia and a desire to help others on their heath journeys, Stacey built on her career as a running coach and studied with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) to become a Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Qualified Cancer Exercise Specialist and a Certified Health Coach. Stacey has a love of learning and continues to expand her certifications, recently earning the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach and Senior Fitness Specialist qualifications. With her knowledge and an understanding that every person is unique, Stacey creates individualized health and fitness plans ensuring each person she trains exceeds their goals. No matter where you are in life or what your goals may be, Stacey will work with you to make health, wellness and fitness easy, safe, effective and fun.

When she’s not training or teaching fitness classes, Stacey can be found spending time with her husband and active teenage sons. She enjoys cooking, painting, gardening and going for runs with her dog.
